I am a dually licensed counselor in the state of New Jersey and have over 10 years of experience in behavioral health care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).

I enjoy working with clients to become better connected to themselves through exploring their values and establishing goals that allow them to live out those value systems. We work together to build skills to maintain this growth, recognizing therapy is not a one size fits all experience. I am passionate about supporting clients through stages of transition in their lives, like launching into adulthood, relationship conflicts, recovery, and much more. I build relationships with clients through empathy and respect, providing a safe space for clients to heal as well as build a healthy future they envision for themselves.

Professionally, I have utilized my training in various settings, including detox, acute psychiatric units, higher education, schools and intensive outpatient care. I have been able to support specialized populations, spending the last four years directing a support program for Autistic undergraduate students, and am passionate about advocating and building self-advocacy skills in others.

I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I continue to work and supervise current graduate counseling interns. I will be working towards a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision, starting Summer 2024.
