Time for Self-Care! 💛Join our Women’s Art Therapy Group ✨Women's Art Therapy Group Wednesday's ~7:00-8:30 pm ✨Some of the common questions are what is Art Therapy? I like to think of the Art Therapy process as Visual Listening. ✨What is Visual Listening? *It is the communication that occurs in the therapeutic relationship between a client and the Art Therapist. *It is a reflective and empathetic conversation lead by the art process. *The Art fuels and drives the dialogue and in doing so provides a safe barrier needed to develop a strong, confident, self-aware vibrant person! The Art Therapist is trained in such a way as to be both visually and verbally responsive to the art created within the group therapy sessions. 🌸Women's Art Therapy Group ✨3 Payment choices are offered to meet clients individual needs for services and affordability. All Art Materials are included in therapy session fee. ✨1) Pay each individual session as you go $50.00 (once the group dynamic is formed most women participate in an average of 3 group therapy sessions per month) ✨2) Pay for a (2) session block $90.00~ must be used within a given month purchased (A savings of $20.00) ✨3) Pay for a (4) session block $160.00 ~ must be used within a given month purchased (A savings of $40.00) Payments are made at the 1st of the month for options (2) or (3). Also, there is always the option to pay as you go per session. Just pick the plan that works best for you! ✨If you have been struggling socially due to anxiety and/or depression and are looking to connect with like minded women who are interested in reducing stress and increasing Socialization and healthy coping skills Group Art Therapy may be the right fit for you! I hope this answered some basic questions you may have. ✨I'm available for phone consultation please email me with your preferred time. "Parents and caregivers whose behavior creates relational trauma don’t do so knowingly or intentionally.
